Andrew Bartlow is a Strategic Advisor at Martis Capital, where he focuses on executive talent and leadership effectiveness. He brings more than 30 years of Human Resources experience across industries and company stages, ranging from Fortune 50 companies to early-stage startups. His background includes leadership roles at Pepsi and General Electric, as well as extensive involvement in M&A, IPOs, and private equity exits.
Andrew holds a B.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and an M.A. in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois. He has served on nonprofit and professional boards and continues to speak and write on organizational effectiveness.
