Martis Capital, a middle-market private equity firm focused exclusively on the healthcare industry, is pleased to kick off 2025 with an investment team promotion. Charlie Fiessinger has been promoted from Senior Associate to Vice President.
Based in Washington, DC, Charlie joined Martis in 2021 and helps lead the firm’s investments in MBH and Archway. Prior to Martis, he worked at BV Investment Partners focused on tech-enabled business services investments. Earlier, Charlie worked in investment banking at William Blair & Company and in management consulting at Alvarez & Marsal. Charlie received a bachelor’s degree in Applied and Computational Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Notre Dame.
