GoodVets announced this week that it has acquired WellHaven Pet Health, a network of more than 40 veterinary hospitals operating across seven states. Martis is proud to have founded WellHaven starting with a single hospital in Portland, Oregon, and to have supported the company’s growth into a leading multi-regional veterinary platform. The transaction expands GoodVets’ network from 75 to 116 hospitals. All of us at Martis congratulate Justin Scambray and the WellHaven team on what they built, and we are excited to see it grow under Ryan Joseph and GoodVets.
