Capricorn Healthcare completes investment in WellHaven PetHealth

Capricorn Healthcare (“Capricorn”) announced that it closed a transaction with WellHaven PetHealth (“WellHaven”), a rollup of companion animal general veterinary practices across the Western US. Through its investment, Capricorn will partner with WellHaven’s founder and executive team, who will continue to lead the company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Based in Vancouver, WA, WellHaven is comprised of a team of highly‐experienced executives who will acquire and improve veterinary practices across four initial target states – Colorado, Minnesota, Washington, and Oregon – with plans for further geographic expansion in the future.
